How To Perform Kegels

First of all, understand what your Kegel muscles are. These are the muscles that originate in your perineum (behind your testicles) and end just above the base of your penis. These muscles control urination and can help prevent premature ejaculation.

In order to flex them, clench them for 5 seconds at a time. Do this 10 times in a row to complete a full set.
